The registration fee for a full conference pass is $1,299. Technical Bootcamps cost a separate fee of $300 or $600. A valid credit card is required to complete registration. Click "Register" in the navigation above to start the registration process.
The full conference pass gives you access to the following: all Keynotes and Sessions, Expo Hall, Developer Lounge, Welcome Reception, re:Play Party, as well as breakfast, lunch, and snacks on main conference days.
Click the "Register" button in the navigation above. On the first step, enter your code in the registration code box. The discount price will be deducted from your total and show up on the Payment Summary page.

If you are already registered for AWS re:Invent and would like to sign up for a Training Bootcamp, login to your re:Invent account with the credentials you created during registration and click on "Purchase Additional Registration Items." You will need a valid credit card to complete your registration.
After you purchase a Group Pass you will receive a confirmation email with a unique registration code. This code will be valid for all of the Group Passes you have purchased and may be used multiple times until all your passes have been redeemed (For example, if you purchased 10 passes the registration code will be valid for 10 uses). Share this code with your colleagues and ask them to register here. After completing the “Personal Information” page, registrants will be taken to the “Events Selection” page where they will be able to input the registration code. The code applied will remove any costs associated with the purchase of a full conference pass.
Upon completing the online registration process, you will be emailed a confirmation email with payment receipt details from email@example.com. Please check your junk mail folder. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as ACT* Amazon Web Svcs. If you do not receive the confirmation email, contact us for a copy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To view or make changes to your registration details, such as name, title, company or email address log into your account on this page then click through to the “Account Settings” section. In there you will be able to edit all of your personal information.
You may cancel your event registration by sending written notice to AWS by email to email@example.com. If AWS receives your cancellation notice by 12:00 noon (PDT), October 1, 2014, AWS will issue you a full refund of registration fees, minus a cancellation fee, via the original payment method. The fee for cancelling an Event registration is $100. The fee for cancelling a Bootcamp registration is $50. Registration cancellations received by AWS after 12:00 noon (PDT), October 1, 2014 will not be eligible for a refund. Subject to approval by AWS in its sole discretion, Event registrations may be transferred to another participant by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.

All conference activities are happening at the Venetian and Palazzo hotels (Sands Expo Hall) and the hotels are adjacent and centrally located on the Las Vegas Strip. From the McCarran International Airport, the easiest way to get to the hotel is using a taxi cab or a hotel shuttle. Find transportation information, including taxi cabs, town cars and shuttles at the McCarran International Airport website.

You can review the all-up event agenda here. The full session catalog will go live in July, with new sessions added frequently.
When we finalize the full agenda, we will have a Session Builder available for you to organize the sessions you want to attend and add to your calendar. We will send out an email when this functionality is available. You will be able to log into it by using your email address and password created at registration.
Our sessions will be filled on a first come first serve basis when you are onsite. There will be no need to pre-register but we would recommend taking advantage of the scheduling tools on both the mobile app and the AWS re:Invent website to help organize your days.
We will live stream the keynotes. The keynote live stream is free and a separate registration will be available at least one month prior to the conference.
We will be providing on-site translation services in Japanese for the keynotes.
Yes, we have a limited number of passes available for the re:Play Party on Thursday evening. You can purchase this during the registration process. Guest passes for the party are $150.
