He led data-driven management through the introduction and expansion of Sony Interactive Entertainment's online service PlayStation Network. Since 2021, he has served as Chief Digital Officer at Sony Group Corporation, where he uses his knowledge of data-driven management to oversee digital transformation, technology, and AI across the company.

Shantanu Narayen joined Adobe in 1998 as Vice President and General Manager of its engineering technology group. He became President and COO in 2005, CEO in 2007, and Chair of the Board in 2017. As Chair and CEO, Shantanu has transformed Adobe into an industry innovator by pioneering a cloud-based subscription model for its creative software—establishing the global standard for digital documents and leading the explosive digital experience category. William Brennan is the Vice President of Technology Transformation at Blue Origin, where he leads the LEAP (LLM Engineering and AI Platform) team. His team’s mission is to democratize AI across Blue Origin’s workforce while ensuring the reliability, security, and mission-critical performance required for space exploration.
