Lori Beer is the Global Chief Information Officer of JPMorganChase and a member of the company's Operating Committee, responsible for the firm's technology systems and infrastructure worldwide. Lori manages a $17 billion budget and more than 63,000 technologists supporting JPMorganChase's retail, wholesale, and asset and wealth management businesses. She also serves as the sponsor of the firm's Women on the Move Business Resource Group.
Jennifer Tejeda
CEO and Chairperson, PagerDuty
Jennifer Tejada is the Chairperson and CEO of PagerDuty (NYSE: PD), the global leader in digital operations management. She brings to the role 25 years of diverse experience including CEO of Keynote Systems, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom, and senior positions at Procter & Gamble and i2 Technologies. She is an active tech investor as an LP in multiple firms, including Operator Collective, Harlem Capital, and Penny Jar. Jennifer currently serves as a board member of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL). She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and business management from the University of Michigan.

Raji Arasu
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Autodesk
Raji Arasu is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Autodesk, where she spearheads the company’s technology strategy and platform initiatives that power Autodesk’s cloud offerings across industries such as architecture, engineering and construction, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. Raji also oversees the development of a vibrant ecosystem of third-party developers and partners that increases customer value and opens new market opportunities. She leads cross-company initiatives in data, AI and foundation models, graphics, and next-generation design environments while supervising research on emerging trends such as generative design, net-zero efforts, and robotics in construction and manufacturing.
With 30 years of experience in product and technology leadership roles at Intuit, StubHub, and eBay, Raji has successfully managed global teams to deliver innovative solutions that fuel business growth and enhance user experiences. She has successfully led multiyear platform and product transformations in the payments, fintech, and ecommerce industries. Raji also has over a decade of experience on public boards, currently serving on the board of Media Alpha Inc. (MAX) and previously on NIC Inc. (EGOV). Additionally, she advises startups and CTOs as a member of the advisory board for the CTO Forum.
A passionate advocate for diversity in technology and STEM education, Raji actively engages with students to inspire the next generation of innovators. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
Shawn Malhotra
CTO, Rocket Companies
Shawn Malhotra is the Chief Technology Officer of Rocket Companies, where he oversees the development and implementation of technology across the entire Rocket Companies’ ecosystem. Shawn is especially focused on increasing the rate of innovation and execution in the organization and amplifying Rocket’s AI initiatives, driving the company toward its goal of AI-fueled homeownership. In addition, he had oversight of Rocket’s data science, product engineering, technology operations, and information security, among other areas.
Joining Rocket with an extensive resume in technology, Shawn most recently served as the Head of Engineering and Product Development for all of Thomson Reuters. Under his leadership, Thomson Reuters implemented AI solutions throughout many different business areas, including an industry-leading AI assistant spanning across a variety of the company’s products. Previously, Shawn held the CTO position for Thomson Reuters’ Corporate Technology business unit, led Intel’s Toronto Technology Centre, and started his career in technology at Qualcomm as a software developer. He earned a bachelor of applied science degree in computer engineering at the University of Waterloo, where he graduated with honors. Shawn also earned a master’s of engineering degree at the University of Toronto and is credited with five issued US patents and two published papers.

Cofounder and Vice President of Product, Wiz
Yinon Costica is Cofounder and Vice President of Product at Wiz, the fastest-growing cybersecurity and software company in the world. Wiz rapidly identifies and removes critical risks in cloud environments, serving hundreds of customers worldwide, including over 40% of the Fortune 100. Previously, he was the VP of Product at Adallom, a leading cloud access security broker (CASB) prior to its acquisition by Microsoft in July 2015. At Microsoft, he led the cloud security product group from $0 to a $1.5 billion revenue business. Yinon holds an MSc in operations research by the Naval Postgraduate School and MS in defense technology and systems by the National University of Singapore.

As Chief Revenue Officer at AHEAD, Tim leads sales and vendor alliances and oversees efforts to accelerate growth and client satisfaction. With a 25-year track record of leading sales teams and improving sales productivity, including the last 16 years at AHEAD where he began as employee number seven, Tim has guided the company’s expansion to $3.7 billion in annual revenue and now leads the efforts of 350 sales professionals. More importantly, Tim helped transform the company from reseller to full-service digital solutions provider by taking a holistic view of the business and playing an active role in building culture. He was also instrumental in the integration of 10 acquired companies in a five-year span. Ricardo Guerra is the Head of Technology, Data, Customer Experience, and Operations of Itaú Unibanco, as well as a member of the bank's Executive Committee. Having been part of the company for over 31 years, his experience covers areas such as digital channels, credit, and financial products. Ricardo has a degree in civil engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP (University of São Paulo) and in business administration from FEAUSP (School of Economics, Business, and Accounting of the University of São Paulo). He also holds a master of business administration (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Amanda McClerren
CIO, Bayer Crop Science
Amanda McClerren is CIO and Head of Digital Transformation and Information Technology for the Crop Science Division of Bayer. She is a member of the Crop Science Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the digital transformation of all major functions within the Crop Science organization to enable business and digital strategy objectives.
In her previous role as Head of Crop Science R&D Digital Transformation & Information Technology, Amanda focused on the development and execution of IT strategy across the R&D pipeline including software solutions, infrastructure solutions, data, and analytics. She also partnered with stakeholders in IT and R&D to ensure orchestrated delivery of IT solutions to enable pipeline growth and on the development of new data-driven solutions to advance the R&D pipeline and shape the Crop Science digital strategy.
Prior to this, Amanda served as Head of Trait and Pipeline Delivery in R&D, where she partnered to deliver the global breeding pipeline, develop best-in-class global planning and logistics capabilities for breeding operations, and develop global protected culture facilities to accelerate delivery of new corn and soybean seed and trait products. In addition, throughout her tenure, Amanda has played critical roles in biotech and breeding, developing the Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) platform to enable GWS at scale, developing trait product concepts and strategies to support deregulation.
Amanda has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a PhD in biochemistry from Duke University. She is actively involved in the St. Louis community as a board member in the Guardian Angel Settlement Association and is also active in the Greater Missouri Leadership Foundation and Women in Science Exchange. Robert Christiansen
VP of Engineering, Too Good To Go
Robert Christiansen is the VP of Engineering at Too Good To Go, the world’s largest digital marketplace for surplus food. Since joining in 2018, Robert has led the development of scalable tech solutions that support the company’s mission to fight food waste. With over 20 years of experience, including roles at Endomondo (acquired by Under Armour), Topdanmark, and Exerp, Robert is known for building impactful, efficient software for global markets. His leadership emphasizes simplicity and sustainability, both in technology and team dynamics. Robert holds a BS in computer engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).
Brendan Humphreys
CTO, Canva
Brendan Humphreys joined Canva over 10 years ago as a founding engineer and has played a pivotal role in shaping the architectural foundations of Canva’s product and in rapidly scaling its engineering organization. Prior to Canva, Brendan built software for companies large and small across a wide range of industries including telecommunications, banking, and ecommerce. In 2003 he co-founded his own company, which he later sold to Atlassian. Brendan’s passion is setting up engineering teams to be productive, happy, and ambitious. He’s a firm believer in striving for pragmatic excellence, building from first principles, and practicing empathy in engineering.
