AWS re:Invent 2020 will be presented from November 30 through December 18, 2020, and January 12 through January 14, 2021.
The latest version of the following browsers, accessed from a computer, is all you need to register for and participate in re:Invent: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari. Alternatively, you can use iOS Safari or Chrome on a mobile device or iOS Safari on a tablet.
Any attendee who observes or experiences unacceptable behavior, or who believes there has been a violation of the Amazon Community Codes of Conduct, is encouraged to report non-emergency safety and security concerns by phone to 1-866-944-4144 (this number will be active 24/7 during the event) or by email to aws-events-security-concerns@amazon.com.

By registering for re:Invent, you will have access to keynotes, leadership sessions, and over 500 breakout sessions as well as the opportunity to connect with AWS experts, partners, and more.
No, re:Invent 2020 is free to all attendees.
These tracks will be used to customize your re:Invent experience. You will still be able to access and view all the re:Invent content, regardless of the track(s) you select during registration.
No, a registration code is not needed to complete your registration.
Almost! Please check your inbox for an email with the subject line “Your re:Invent Verification” to verify your email and complete your re:Invent 2020 registration. Note that you will not be registered or have access to the event if you do not complete this step.
An invalid link error message can appear if your email settings auto-verified your registration. If you received the registration confirmation email, then you’re all set. If you haven’t received the confirmation email, email us at awsreinvent-support@amazon.com and we can confirm your registration.
Once you verify your email address, it may take up to 30 minutes to receive the registration confirmation email. If you still haven’t received it after 30 minutes, please email us at awsreinvent-support@amazon.com.

There will be keynotes featuring new AWS products and services, technical learning content, and more.
We do not have an open call for content, but, as always, we are very interested in including as many customer stories as possible in our sessions. If you have an idea for a customer session, please reach out to your AWS account manager. They will get all of the important information from you and take it from there.
You can continue logging in to the re:Invent platform and viewing sessions until the end of January 2021. Sessions will be posted on the AWS YouTube channel by mid-February.
You can access the session catalog by logging in using the credentials you created during registration.
We are currently only able to offer sponsorship opportunities to 2019 alumni re:Invent sponsors that hold a Select tier or higher AWS Partner Network (APN) status.
