This full-day, introductory-level bootcamp is designed to introduce attendees to the process of creating a high-level directional business case for the adoption of the AWS Cloud. It covers the calculation of the cost of migration (TCM), the cost of operation (TCO), and the value benefits of migration; resource efficiency modelling; and cost optimization principles. These are all elements of a completed high-level business case. Attendees develop a high-level business case around the hypothetical customer and leave with the tools necessary to also run a business case in their own organization.
