Yes! We will be providing a shuttle that will easily transport you around the re:Invent campus. Shuttles will begin running on Sunday, November 26th and will continue through Friday, December 1. Please see the re:Invent website for shuttle agenda, campus details, and more. We are not able to provide ground transportation to or from the airport.
No, we will not. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport. Follow this link for details!
We have three different routes for you to use, allowing you to travel easily across our larger, re:Invent campus. The North Campus Shuttle will serve programming at the Venetian, the Encore and the Mirage. The South Campus Shuttle will serve programming at the Venetian, the MGM, and the Aria. You can transfer between the North and South Campus shuttles at the Venetian. If you are staying at the Bellagio, there will be a shuttle running in the morning and afternoon that will take you either to the Venetian or the MGM. Please refer to our shuttle agenda for start and stop times. Please refer to our shuttle agenda for start and stop times.
We want to make sure you spend as much time in sessions (and as little time as possible on a shuttle!) as possible. Different routes allow us to expedite transportation across campus.
The majority of hotels in our room blocks are within walking distance of one of the shuttle stops – this will allow you to stay at the property you want to – and easily access the shuttle to get to your workshops and sessions! Please refer to our route map for our campus shuttle stops.
The shuttles will run continuously throughout the day, during re:Invent programming. Please refer to the agenda for daily campus shuttle hours.
Please allow at least 30 minutes to travel between campus shuttle stops. This timing is approximate and can be impacted by campus shuttle demand, traffic, etc.
Locations vary slightly from venue to venue, but for the most part – you will head to the Tour Bus or Bus Lobby at each location. But wait! At the MGM, you will head out to the TOP GOLF parking lot, connected to the MGM Convention Center.
Yes! We want you to get to any of these special events, and we have extra campus shuttles scheduled just to make sure you can. These shuttles will drive you directly from your route stop to the venue hosting the special event.
We have a Transportation Information desk at each shuttle venue adjacent to the route stop. Our ambassadors will happily answer any additional questions you have.
Items will remain at the shuttle desk (at the pickup/drop off location) until the end of the day’s shuttle operating hours. After the shuttle service ends, all remaining lost and found items will be transferred to hotel security.
Yes there is! Paratransit service will be provided for persons whose disabilities prevent them from using re:Invent’s fixed route shuttle service. Paratransit service is intended to offer a comparable level of service to that provided by regular shuttle service. Check back here for instructions for booking paratransit service.
There are – UBER and Lyft are both available in Las Vegas. Each hotel will have its own designated drop-off and pick-up locations. Check their websites, or connect with the hotel concierge for more information.
Safety and Security
The safety and security of attendees joining us for re:Invent is always a top priority. We have a substantial security team that partners with local, state, and federal agencies on the ground in Las Vegas – as well as with security from our conference venues. We continually re-evaluate our security posture and response plans in light of emerging threats.
The additional security measures are a reasonable precautionary measure for the safety and security of all re:Invent attendees. These measures allow security personnel to quickly identify potential safety concerns in the least intrusive manner while maintaining an enjoyable conference.
Please note that while on re:Invent campus grounds you and your belongings may be subject to random search.
