Interpretation, Transcription, and Guided Services
Assistance is available for attendees needing American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation or CART transcription, and guides are available for attendees who are visually impaired. These services are provided by request only and must be scheduled in advance. If you need to schedule services, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals
Scooter and wheelchair rentals for properties included in the re:Invent campus are available through ScooterBug. To make a scooter or wheelchair reservation, or to learn more about availability, rates, and use, contact ScooterBug at +1 800 877 6106. ScooterBug can be contacted prior to and during re:Invent between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM PT Monday through Sunday. For properties outside the re:Invent campus, contact the venue directly.

For accessibility services or questions that need to be addressed onsite, such as questions about ADA seating, the accessibility concierge service will be available to you across the re:Invent campus. ADA seating accommodations are available in all breakout content rooms. Designated ADA seating is available in lecture-style session rooms, keynotes, and our content hubs. Our in-room re:Invent ambassadors can assist with seating in chalk talk, workshop, and builders session rooms. For questions onsite about ADA seating, contact our accessibility concierge (see contact information above).
Assisted listening headsets are available in all breakout content session rooms and during keynote sessions. Look for the assisted listening icon (above) on signage to identify these rooms. Headsets do not need to be arranged in advance and should be picked up from the tech table at the back of the session room or keynote hall. Please return your headsets at the end of each session.
Those with limited mobility can schedule accessible transfer shuttle pickups from campus venues and sleeping room hotels during posted campus shuttle hours.
To schedule accessible transfers, contact our transportation team at least one hour prior to the requested pickup time. Prior to Sunday, Dec. 1, contact the re:Invent support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange transfers. Beginning at 7:30AM on Sunday, Dec. 1, call our onsite team at +1 619 921 0173.
Service animals are welcome across the re:Invent campus. For information on transportation and service animals, please contact the transportation team (see contact information above). There are specific guidelines and designated relief areas for service animals at each hotel property. Please connect directly with your hotel’s reservation desk or concierge for more information.
Reflection rooms, or quiet rooms, are available at the event and can be used when needed during general conference hours. Reflection rooms are available throughout the re:Invent campus.

A mother’s room provides a lactating mother with a private, secure space to breastfeed or express breast milk for her nursing child. Mother’s rooms are available throughout the re:Invent campus.
