The health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees remains our top priority. At AWS re:Invent, the following health measures will be in place. All attendees are required to comply with the health measures. Revisions will be made in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and federal, state, and local requirements.
All badge holders at re:Invent must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to checking in at the event. Fully vaccinated is defined by the Centers for Disease Control as 2 weeks after receiving recommended doses in their primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine.
A record of COVID-19 vaccination must be provided at onsite check-in to receive your re:Invent badge. Acceptable records include the attendee’s physical COVID-19 vaccination/immunization card or digital COVID-19 certificate, COVID-19 vaccine certificate, a photo of the attendee’s COVID-19 vaccination/immunization card or a digital verification of the attendee’s COVID-19 record from a smartphone application. The name on the attendee’s vaccination record must match their government-issued ID.
Badge holders who are attending re:Invent who choose not to show a record of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are able to attend if the attendee provides a record of a negative COVID-19 test. The name on the attendee’s test record must match their government-issued ID.
Acceptable negative test results are limited to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and antigen test results provided by a third-party laboratory no more than 24 hours prior to the start of the event for an antigen test and 72 hours for a PCR test. Self-administered tests will not be accepted.
Masks are not required for attendees at re:Invent.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the re:Invent space.

If you plan to check in on the first day of re:Invent badge pick-up (November 28, 2022), you need to receive your second dose in a 2-dose series or your single-dose vaccine no later than November 14, 2022.
Bring a record of your COVID-19 vaccination status to onsite check-in to receive your re:Invent badge. Acceptable records include the attendee’s physical COVID-19 vaccination/immunization card or digital COVID-19 certificate, a photo of the attendee’s COVID-19 vaccination/immunization card, or a digital verification of the attendee’s COVID-19 record from a smartphone application. The name on the attendee’s vaccination record must match their government-issued ID.
No. Fully vaccinated is defined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) as 2 weeks after receiving recommended doses in their primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Yes. We will accept a record of COVID-19 vaccinations authorized or approved by the national health authority of the country where they were administered. Unless otherwise defined by their national health authority, we will consider attendees fully vaccinated 2 weeks after receiving recommended doses in their primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Yes. If receiving two doses of different COVID-19 vaccine products is authorized or approved by the national health authority of the country where they were administered, we will still consider attendees fully vaccinated against COVID-19 2 weeks after their second dose in the 2-dose series.

Yes. Full refunds are available until October 28, 2022. Email awsreinvent-support@amazon.com to request a refund.
No. Masks are not required.
Yes. Conference meals will be offered. We will follow all local and venue guidelines for service.

No. You will not be required to maintain a 6-foot (2-meter) distance during the event.
If you test positive for COVID-19, please follow guidance provided by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for testing, isolation, masking, distancing, and seeking medical guidance.
Please follow case reporting guidance from the relevant public health department. More information can be found on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website. If a positive COVID-19 diagnosis is disclosed to AWS during re:Invent, we will suspend your in-person participation at the event and issue a full refund if applicable.
Local testing resources can be accessed via the state of Nevada’s website. Testing locations in the Las Vegas strip area (S. Las Vegas Blvd) will be closest to the re:Invent venue.
