Transportation

We recommend you plan at least 30 minutes between activities to travel between or within venues. To help you get around, re:Invent ambassadors and wayfinding stations are also available across the re:Invent campus. Interactive mapping tools are available in the mobile app. A direct indoor walking route is available between Encore and Wynn. A direct temporary walking route between Caesars Forum and The Venetian is available during conference hours.

Campus shuttles travel between all properties except between the Encore/Wynn and The Venetian and between Caesars Forum and The Venetian. You can see real-time travel time estimates in the mobile app.

Rideshare and taxi pickups are available in each campus venue and sleeping room hotel. The following are the pickup locations for campus venues.

Shuttles to and from re:Play at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds are offered from each campus venue and sleeping room hotel. The re:Play shuttles serve ARIA, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, Encore, Mandalay Bay, The Mirage, MGM Grand, Treasure Island, The Venetian/The Palazzo, and Wynn. Flamingo, Harrah’s, The LINQ, and Westin are served from Caesars Forum.

Taxi and rideshare pickup and drop-off is available at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.

Badge-holders can also take the Las Vegas Monorail to re:Play for free from the Flamingo, Harrah’s/LINQ, or MGM Grand stations. Return trips are available from the Sahara station.
